Assembly Democrats Record

Assembly Democrat's agenda has radically harmed New Jersey residents and job creators. Here are a few examples of their worst votes.

  1. Assembly Democrats passed a bill prohibiting police officers from notifying parents if their underage children were caught with alcohol or drugs.  See how they voted here.
  2. Assembly Democrats passed a bill that introduced a sex education curriculum that is not age appropriate. The new curriculum teaches kids as young as kindergarten about gender identity and children in 5th grade to identify sex acts. See how they voted here.
  3. Assembly Democrats supported a plan that released thousands of incarcerated criminals early, even those convicted of assault, kidnapping, harassment and robbery. One of the inmates released early has been arrested for murdering someone just two days after being let out.   See how they voted here.
  4. Assembly Democrats voted to loosen penalties on crimes including selling drugs near a school, selling drugs to minors, operating a drug cartel, running a meth lab and repeat shoplifting.  See how they voted here.
  5. Assembly Democrats chose corrupt politicians over hardworking taxpayers when they supported legislation that would weaken penalties on elected officials for things like contract extortion, collusion and conspiracies.  You know, public corruption. See how they voted here.
  6. When we needed affordable healthcare the most, Assembly Democrats voted to tax health insurance premiums, making coverage more expensive... during the pandemic.  See how they voted here.
  7. Assembly Democrats raised your taxes to give away your tax dollars to do things like help their friends fix a golf course in Essex County and subsidize a Parisian art museum in Jersey City. See how they voted here.
  8. Assembly Democrats increased spending by a whopping $12 billion since Phil Murphy took office. See how they voted here
  9. Assembly Democrats voted to increase campaign contribution limits when New Jerseyans are struggling to put food on their table. Worse, they weakened pay to play laws that were designed to stop public contractors from influencing how elected officials spend your tax dollars. See how they voted here.
